Treaty of Middelburg
I would work to ensure that all young people have equal access to education and academic opportunities. In Romania, many young people struggle with economic inequality and corruption, which forces them to leave the country in search of better education and job opportunities. I would like to see real change through increased investment in education, better job opportunities, and greater youth involvement in decision-making. Additionally, fighting corruption and promoting inclusivity would help create a future where young Romanians feel heard, valued, and empowered to build a future in their own country.

Why do you want to participate?
I believe this event is important because it gives me the opportunity to connect with young people from diverse backgrounds, collaborate on meaningful ideas, and work together to create real change. Having the chance to brainstorm solutions and present them to influential leaders ensures that our voices are heard at a global level. I also think it will be exciting to exchange perspectives, learn from others, and form lasting connections.
What does freedom mean to you?
To me, freedom means being able to express myself without restrictions and having the right to make my own choices. It also means equal opportunities for everyone, regardless of their background, gender, nationality, or religion. True freedom exists when people can pursue their dreams without discrimination or limitations.
What are the biggest challenges?
One of the biggest challenges, in my opinion, is the lack of access to quality education, which limits young people’s opportunities and restricts their ability to shape their future. Additionally, social and economic pressures in many regions force young people to conform to strict social expectations or government policies that limit their personal choices. These factors restrict true freedom and prevent young people from reaching their full potential.
Do you have a message?
I believe the conference should develop into a global network where young people can continue collaborating beyond the event. This would ensure that the ideas and solutions discussed have a long-term impact and can be actively implemented in different communities. Establishing a structured follow-up system could help track progress and keep young people engaged in making real, lasting change.
