Why do you want to participate?

I think it is an amazing opportunity to speak about peace with my peers. To be able to discuss with everyone at the conference what it means, how important it is and how we want to maintain it. Especially in a time where there are countries who don't have te privilege of peace.

What does freedom mean to you?

To me freedom is the fundamental right every human being deserves. And governments all over the world should maintain this right for everyone. I'm so grateful to live in a country where there is peace, but also grateful for the people who fought for that peace all those years ago.

What are the biggest challenges?

I think the biggest challenge is that some young people have forgotten the importance of peace because of the privilege of having it. That may be why some don't care to talk about maintaining it. But this right we have can shift in a second. And we as young people should be talking about it. And we should be taking seriously when we're talking about this, because this is our future.
