Treaty of Middelburg
I believe young people should be more actively involved in shaping the future. Since policies and decisions directly affect us, we should have a stronger voice in determining what needs to change and how society can evolve to become safer, fairer, and more inclusive. Creating more opportunities for young minds to engage in decision-making would help bridge the gap between generations and ensure that the future is built with our needs in mind.

Why do you want to participate?
For me, this event is important because it allows people from different countries and cultures to come together and exchange perspectives on freedom and the future. By sharing our thoughts and experiences, we can create new ideas that go beyond individual viewpoints and work toward meaningful change. It’s also a great opportunity to meet like-minded individuals, broaden our understanding of global challenges, and develop innovative solutions for a better world.
What does freedom mean to you?
To me, freedom is the ability to express who I am without fear of judgment or suppression. While I recognize that some restrictions exist to maintain order and safety, true freedom means feeling protected by the law while still having autonomy over my choices and identity. It’s about having the space to grow, make decisions, and contribute to society without unnecessary limitations.
What are the biggest challenges?
One of the greatest challenges young people face today is the lack of a solid foundation to fully understand the world around us—whether it’s politics, economics, or global affairs. We are constantly bombarded with information, yet filtering out misinformation and forming well-informed opinions can be incredibly difficult. Without proper education and awareness, young people may struggle to actively participate in discussions that directly impact their future.
Do you have a message?
No, not at the moment.
