Treaty of Middelburg
There are in my opinion levels of the amount of freedom someone has. I think it will be impossible to enable people to experience high levels of freedom in the short-term. Nevertheless, we can try to improve it.

Why do you want to participate?
Someone asked whether I wanted to participate, so I looked into it. I’ve always been interested in equality, equity, etc. issues. And I think talking about it is essential to create solutions.
What does freedom mean to you?
Freedom is what enables people to live their lives the way they want. It lets people have creative ideas and makes their lives their own.
What are the biggest challenges?
I think generally it’s ignored by most people. Often people focus a lot on themselves unless they are put in a situation to think about it. To some I think it’s so normal to have freedom that they don’t question it. And there are multiple challenges in multiple areas, economic, political, social, etc.
Do you have a message?
Be aware of your own privileges.
